Order Cancellation by Customer
Customers may request order cancellation only before the order has been shipped.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your Order ID and contact details.
Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.
Cancellation by Kiloforce
Kiloforce reserves the right to cancel any order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:
• Product unavailability or stock issues
• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Payment authorization failure
• Suspected fraudulent transactions
• Incomplete or incorrect shipping details
If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been processed, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your order is successfully cancelled before shipment:
• The refund will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
• Refund processing may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, cancellation will simply stop the shipment before dispatch.
